ABOUT GAINZZ PROPERTIES

Homes hosted with care — not from a distance.

Gainzz Properties is a family-created Florida hosting and co-hosting business built around a simple idea: a vacation rental should feel welcoming, useful and cared for from the moment a guest arrives.

OUR STORY

Even our name starts with family.

The name Gainzz was created from the initials of our children — a fitting beginning for a business centered around homes, families and the places people gather.

Today, Gainzz hosts and co-hosts vacation homes from the greater Tampa Bay area north to Crystal River. We work closely with each home rather than trying to make every property look or feel the same.

Thoughtful hospitalityUseful essentials and small touches that make arriving and settling in easier.

Real communicationGuests communicate with the hosts and co-hosts who are actually involved in their stay.

Individual homesEvery property keeps its own personality, strengths and sense of place.

Owner partnershipWe partner with owners through hands-on hosting and co-host support while respecting their home and their control.
