    We identify what the home already has, what it still needs and any layout or operational constraints.

    Set a realistic furnishing budget

    Budget-friendly and premium homes require different sourcing strategies. We help define what is realistic before the shopping begins.

    Owner funds purchases

    Furniture, equipment and property supplies are paid from the owner’s approved budget before orders are placed. Gainzz does not require the owner’s project to be financed out of our pocket.

    Gainzz handles the launch work

    Research, sourcing, shopping, coordination, setup, stocking and guest-ready preparation are handled according to the agreed project scope.

    Host it yourself — or keep Gainzz involved

    Launch-only clients can take it from there. Owners who want ongoing help can combine the setup with Gainzz hosting and/or co-hosting.

BUDGET-FRIENDLY TO PREMIUM

“Budget” does not have to mean bare.

For a cost-conscious launch, we can strategically mix affordable new items with Marketplace, thrift, consignment, estate-sale and discount-store sourcing where it makes sense. For owners who want everything new or a more elevated finish, the sourcing plan and furnishing budget can scale accordingly.

Launch pricing is custom based on property size, condition, furnishing level and project scope. Larger homes, specialty amenities and more complex launches are quoted individually.

QUICK QUESTIONS

You do not have to hand us the property forever.

Do I have to use Gainzz for ongoing hosting or co-hosting?

No. STR Launch & Setup can be hired as a standalone service. Once the property is guest-ready, you can operate it yourself or discuss ongoing hosting/co-hosting with Gainzz.

Can Gainzz work with a tight furnishing budget?

Yes, when the budget is realistic for the size and needs of the property. We can prioritize where to spend, where to save and where secondhand or discount sourcing makes sense without leaving the home feeling unfinished.

Do you publish a flat setup price?

No. An empty one-bedroom and a multi-bedroom home with premium amenities are very different projects. We quote the launch based on the actual home, condition, size, furnishing level and work involved.

What if contractors or renovations are still underway?

We can plan around the project, but the launch timeline assumes the home is ready for the agreed setup work. Contractor delays, major changes or added scope can affect timing and cost.
